The O'Reilly Property Investments team makes use of the most up-to-date residential sales information when analysing proposed developments as licensed buyer's agent through the O'Reilly Real Estate arm. It is our believe that in an ever changing market environment, we should use up-to-date sales statistics to ensure that we target suburbs with the highest capital growth within our project scope to ensure the best outcome for our clients. Part of our service is conducting project initiation, preliminary project research including a due diligence and a project feasibility study. It is envisaged that a Board of Directors will be appointed with the Managing Director and two non-executive external Directors of which one would serve as the Chairman of the Board. The responsibilities would mainly be to ensure strategic direction and monitoring of management performance within the company framework, monitoring of financial management and monitoring of compliance and the implementation of risk management procedures.
