Celeste O’Reilly is the Director of O’Reilly Property Investments Pty Ltd. She is also the Agency Principal of O'Reilly Real Estate and a licensed Land Agent (RLA219391) and member of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) since April 2009.
Celeste O'Reilly was Certified Practising Member (CPM 2010) of REISA's program that recognises real estate professionals who are committed to excellence in practise. O'Reilly Real Estate is audited by external auditors on an annual basis to ensure compliance with real estate industry legislation.
Celeste O'Reilly started her career as a planner and then provided monitoring and evaluation consulting services to provide management and the United States Agency for International Development with feedback on program performance. Celeste O'Reilly is now passionately involved with residential property development, land purchases, contract and project management, research on residential and commercial opportunities, negotiations, residential and commercial marketing and sales and business development and management.
She has the following qualifications:
- BA Psychology degree, Pretoria University, 1989.
- Master of Science in Development Planning degree WITS University, 1991.
- Certificate IV in Real Estate, Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA), 2008.
- Diploma in Real Estate, REISA, 2009.
- Certificate IV in Construction, Master Builders Association of South Australia (MBASA), 2012.
Experience:
She has 10 years' experience in project and contract management and auditing of projects and business systems. She has 6 combined years of experience as residential property developer, licensed land agent and agency principal focussing mainly on residential marketing and sales with some commercial properties in Adelaide, SA. She is Director of O'Reilly Property Investments Pty Ltd and the Managing Director of O'Reilly Real Estate. She is co-owner of an Information Technology company in South Australia which provides exclusive IT services to O’Reilly Real Estate and O’Reilly Property Investments Pty Ltd.
